What we think

"Our stay at Brackenborough Hall Coach House was absolutely wonderful, they really did think of everything. We stayed in the Granary apartment with five adults, two children and our little dog and it was so spacious!"

About the owners

Paul & Flora

The Bennett family have farmed at Brackenborough for over 100 years. Flora and Paul converted the Coach House and welcoming guests, especially families, has been our passion ever since. We have three children, all now in their 20s, who had the benefit of growing up at this children's paradise, as Paul did a generation earlier.

Tips from the owners

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • Hubbards Hills is Louth's picnic and paddle hotspot - a must for a sunny day.

  • The farm’s nature trail is lovely and worth checking out.

  • History-buffs will love the deserted medieval village nearby.

  • Let the kids and dog go wild on the wide sandy beaches of the Lincolnshire coast.

  • Spend the day at Lincoln Castle and walk the castle walls before crossing the threshold to the eerily atmospheric Victorian Prison.

  • If the timing’s right you can get quite close to baby seal pups born at Donna Nook each year.
