Tips from the owners

Local things to do, places to eat and attractions not to be missed.

  • The Norfolk Broads now have national park status and is Britain’s largest protected wetland – hire a day boat or canoe and travel the scenic waterways.

  • Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is one of Norfolk’s most spectacular gardens. Explore four unique meadows and gloriously landscaped gardens.

  • Go seal spotting. Board one of the boats at Morston and Blakeney Quay to get up close and personal with some grey seals.

  • Take in some architecture and culture at Felbigg Hall, Gardens and Estate – Jacobean style with an elegant Georgian interior.

  • Norwich is a short drive away and has culture in abundance. There are theatres, galleries and museums to nosey around.
