And then there's the outdoors with animals to visit and pet, and outdoor play equipment, pony rides and an outdoor pool - all shared across just the two cottages. "North Bradbury is a perfect first farming experience for young families. Here you will find no jostling - North Bradbury is a safe and secure place for your budding little farmers. With just two cottages sharing LOADS of facilities children are guaranteed fun focussed company around the farm. There are ponies to ride, eggs to collect and animals to visit and feed twice daily. The adventure play areas are well thought out - the heated pool, that you'll practically have to yourselves, is a HUGE bonus!"

Location & local area

Where is it and how do you get there?

By rail

Umberleigh Station is the closest, with bus transfers to Crediton and Barnstaple. From there you catch trains to Exeter.

By road

Pass through South Molton, towards Umberleigh and Torrington. Follow sign for Bradbury and you'll find the farm! Less than two hours from Bristol, and around four from London.

We both grew up in North Devon so we couldn't wait to return with our young family, so we could give them the childhood experiences we had. We have been here ever since and love welcoming families to our beautiful farm.

  • Book a babysitter and have a romantic night out at one of our fabulous local pubs or restaurants.
